About Cypress Village

There are several neighborhoods within the Cypress Village development in East Irvine, California. This is one of the city’s newest communities, featuring townhouses and single family residences.

Construction in Cypress Village began in 2013 and continued into 2015. Residents of this community enjoy resort-style living. Zinnia Townhomes have two to four bedrooms, and up to three baths with 1,164 to 1,538 square feet of living space. Laurel offers single family detached homes with four bathrooms, three baths, and 2,170 to 2,493 square feet. Other neighborhoods with a variety of floor plans and prices include; Arigold, Acacia, Jade Court, and Caserta.

Cypress Village is served by Irvine Unified School District which provides quality facilities such as Jeffrey Trail Middle School, and Irvine High School. Award winning Cypress Village Elementary School is within this neighborhood. There are also many private facilities in the city including University Montessori of Irvine, Creekside Children’s Center, and Tarbut V’torah Community Day School. This is the home of the University of California, Irvine which was established in 1965. Other higher education facilities include California Southern University, University of California, Merced, and Irvine Valley College.

There are several parks near this community including Cypress Community Park which feature lighted baseball fields, a basketball court, lighted tennis courts, lighted softball field, club room, tot lot, and picnic areas. The Harbor Park and Jasmine Park both have lap pools and spas; and the Floral Park has a junior Olympic pool complete with cabanas.

Residents are within walking distance to the Cypress Village Shopping Center which features merchants like Kohl’s Albertson’s, Starbucks, Subway, People Optical, and Wells Fargo. Other shopping centers in the area include Woodbury Town Center and the Irvine Spectrum Center. Freeway access is close by and there are several golf courses in the area including the Tustin Ranch Golf Club and the Oak Creek Golf Club.
